This store at shop.discoverkindroot.com ("KindRoot Goods") is operated by Azend Wellness, LLC ("we", "us"). It runs on Shopify. When you visit the store or buy from us, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy.

Products and orders

Our products are printed to order. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished piece, and small variations in print placement are normal for made-to-order goods. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example after a pricing error, a suspected fraudulent purchase, or a product becoming unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns, exchanges and refunds work as described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, logos and other content on this store belong to Azend Wellness, LLC or its licensors. Buying a product doesn't grant you any right to reproduce our designs.

Acceptable use

Don't use the store for anything unlawful. Don't interfere with how it works, and don't try to access data or accounts that aren't yours.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The store and our products are provided "as is", except for the commitments in our Refund Policy and any rights the law gives you that can't be waived. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If something goes wrong, write to us first at grow@discoverkindroot.com. We'll try to resolve it with you within thirty days. If we can't, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or in small-claims court. Claims may be brought only individually, not as part of a class or representative action.
